Two-stage Compression PM VSD Screw AIr Compressor

Dual stage screw air compressor means use dual separately air-ends and motors in the compression process to reduce the compression ratio. The low compression ratio could reduce the leakage in the air-end and increases the air displacement of the compressor. The coaxial drive transmission makes higher efficiency, low noise, less failure and less transmission loss than gear-driven transmission.

The dual air-ends driven by two separately permanent magnet motors; the separately air-end is accessible for maintenance with low failure. The dual stage compressor controls by dual Inovance inverters, the permanent magnet VSD technology helps to save energy significantly.

 

The compressor adopts special spray design between the stage one and stage two of the compression process, greatly reduce the temperature of the oil-gas mixture and makes the compressor closer the Isothermal compression; the isothermal compression was the most energy-saving.

The Intermediate pressure of traditional dual stage compressor always keeps in 0.2mpa. The Intermediate pressure of JAGUAR dual stage screw compressor is adjustable; it could adjust the intermediate pressure according to the exhaust pressure makes more energy-saving.

The compressor takes high-efficient and stable water cooling system to keep the motors running at a low temperature-the compressor running stable in a low heat assured by side cooling channel.
