In the long-term test of the screw rotors, we found the specific power of air-end was decrease first and then increase with increase the speed of the air-end. The low-speed rotors can makes the compressor more efficiency. We chose the low RPM rotors and equipped the permanent magnet motor to make the compressor more energy-efficiency.

Jaguar Hi+ series all equipped the high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. The permanent magnet motor made by rare earth material has the advantages of compact structure, lightweight and small size. The stable permanent magnet motor helps the user saved significantly electric cost. The design of the coaxial drive is coupling-free with minimal transmission losses, longer service life, and the compact structure.

Also, the compressor equipped the Inovance inverter—the variable speed technology tailored for screw compressors. With variable speed, there will be no unload losses as it perfectly meets air supply to demand. The motor and cooling fan all design to inverter control, dual inverters control makes the compressor running in stable statues.

The cooling water system makes the motor running at a low temperature.
