With a coaxial integrated design, there is no gearbox, and the motor has no bearings and requires no maintenance, achieving 100% transmission efficiency. Full intelligent drive with two integrated frequency converters directly reads pressure signals, calculates, and outputs control. The response time is as low as 5ms, an increase of 60% compared with the same type.

Jaguar Two-Stage Compression: Excellent Displacement

The ZLS-2iC two-stage compression series divides the original single-stage compression process into two compression processes through a two-stage series process. This process setup can reduce the compression ratio of each single-stage compression process, lower the compression ratio of each stage, reduce internal leakage, improve volumetric efficiency, and thereby effectively significantly increase the displacement. In addition, Jaguar's technical team provides customized models according to the air consumption and air pressure requirements of enterprises. Adopting the newly developed third-generation JAGUAR profile, optimizing rotor clearance, and using new combinations, it provides industry-leading displacement.

Fourth-generation full intelligent drive

Special IoT display and control integrated machine for air compressors. The new CPU is far more efficient than ordinary controllers, with a much faster speed. It has a built-in IoT module, allowing for IoT upgrades at any time. The enlarged 7-inch touch screen and physical buttons make control more convenient. With 2 communication interfaces, 4 analog inputs, and 14 digital output signals, it offers more comprehensive functionality. Integrated with PLC control functions, it features strong expandability.

Jaguar-specific dual-drive program. After the ZLS-2iC two-stage compression air compressor is started, the display and control integrated machine issues a start command. Through a high-speed communication protocol, it ensures fast response between the two stages and starts the two integrated frequency converters simultaneously. After the frequency converters are started, the internal control system of the frequency converters independently controls the pressure transmitters of each stage, which are directly connected to the integrated frequency converters. This enables faster pressure reading and PID response, ensuring rapid and stable pressure. They work in coordination, starting and stopping simultaneously. If any one of the air compressors shuts down or malfunctions, the other one will immediately shut down accordingly. Even if the communication line is broken, the integrated air compressor can still perform independent protection and shut down for protection based on the values monitored by the sensors.
