Jaguar air bearing utilizes the hydrodynamic pressure formed by the high-speed rotation between the rotor and the foil-structured bearing to achieve non-contact dynamic pressure. It is a 100% oil-free and clean bearing.
The thrust bearing and radial bearing make use of aerodynamic characteristics, featuring an extremely simple structure. There is no lubricating oil system, and no maintenance is required.
With air as the lubricant, it realizes non-contact operation, resulting in no vibration and low noise.
The bearing surface is coated with a special coating, which can reduce friction and wear between the rotor and the bearing, providing stable and long service life.

Advanced aerodynamic system technology - using aviation aluminum alloy impeller

Jaguar's independently developed new-generation high-efficiency impeller adopts the three-dimensional flow design concept for its profile. It is machined and formed using Germany-imported top-level Hermle five-axis CNC machine tools, with a design precision of up to 0.001mm.
The surface is treated with anodic oxidation technology for anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion purposes. The smooth surface of the impeller enables stable operation at ultra-high speeds.
It uses high-strength aviation aluminum alloy AL7075 for the impeller. Compared with other materials, aluminum alloy is lighter, consumes less electricity, and is more suitable for application in high-speed rotating motors.
It has passed the 120% overspeed rotation test to verify the stability of the impeller structure and ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment. The impeller is directly connected to the shaft, achieving a power transmission efficiency of 100%.

High-speed dedicated frequency converter
A custom-made dedicated frequency converter is selected, specifically designed according to the characteristics of Jaguar centrifugal blowers, featuring high compatibility, stability and reliability.
The frequency converter is equipped with an independent heat dissipation system, suitable for various working conditions of users.
By adjusting the frequency and controlling operating parameters, the frequency converter enables variable frequency startup of the equipment. Moreover, it provides the motor with the most appropriate frequency based on air usage, ensuring the motor operates at the optimal speed.

Intelligent Control System
Jaguar selects high-quality PLCs. Thanks to their high stability, they can achieve precise control of the blowers and reduce operational errors caused by interference.
It is an optimized control system suitable for high-speed rotating blowers, meeting customers' diverse working condition control requirements such as constant pressure, constant flow, and constant speed.
In terms of communication, it supports connection through various methods via the RS485 port, making control operation and maintenance convenient.
