The Jaguar LS integrated screw machine series adopts an integrated control system and an integrated display and control machine to control the start and stop of the screw machine and cold dryer with one button, making the operation more convenient.
The entire series is equipped with IE5 permanent magnet variable frequency ultra-high efficiency motors. Compared with electric excitation synchronous motors, permanent magnet variable frequency motors have the characteristics of ultra-high energy efficiency, compact structure, small size, and light weight. Jaguar's original permanent magnet liquid-cooled integrated drive technology improves efficiency by 8% compared with conventional motor drive mode, and has a protection level as high as IP65.

Jaguar patents liquid-cooled permanent magnet motor

Jaguar's unique technology development uses liquid (water-based oil) to cool the permanent magnet motor casing to ensure that the temperature of the permanent magnet motor is stable and never loses magnetism.
Heavy-duty bearings are adopted, and the optimal bearing configuration is selected according to the working conditions of the main engine. The bearing load-bearing capacity is improved, the machine head operates stably, and the life of the entire machine is greatly extended.
