The inspection team went deep into key areas such as the canteen operation room, food warehouse, and dining hall. It focused on aspects including fire safety, environmental hygiene, food procurement and storage, processing and sample retention, insect and rodent prevention measures, facilities and equipment, as well as personnel hygiene and management. Through on-site inspections, on-spot checks, and review of records, the team evaluated the implementation of canteen management systems to ensure the effective implementation of various systems.

 

During the inspection, the team conducted reviews in strict accordance with relevant standards and regulations, made detailed records of the problems found, and put forward specific rectification suggestions.
