In 2017, this PCB enterprise, which focuses on high-layer boards and HDI boards, was troubled by the high energy consumption and unstable air pressure of its old station:
- The old air compression station had huge annual losses, accounting for 38% of the total electricity consumption of the whole plant;
- The oil content in compressed air occasionally exceeded the standard, with a high failure rate and high maintenance costs.

Once the project was confirmed, the management of the client company approached our Huai'an Jaguar Sales and Service Center, indicating their intention to purchase one unit for a trial. With a "let's give it a try" mindset, after both parties finalized the plan, the client decided to purchase one JAGUAR ZLS100-2iC two-stage variable frequency compressor to replace the original well-known imported brand. After a long period of operation and comparison, the client's inspection revealed that:
- The Jaguar compressor features low noise, convenient maintenance, intelligent operation, and simple manual control.
- It is highly energy-efficient, achieving an energy savings of up to 37% compared to the original equipment.

After the JAGUAR ZLS100-2iC two-stage compressor made a successful start in Huai'an, the client proceeded to carry out large-scale energy-saving renovation across its factories nationwide, including in Shaoguan and Zhuhai, and began purchasing Jaguar equipment in bulk.

In 2024, the client planned to replicate the successful energy-saving renovation case of its Huai'an factory in its Shaoguan, Guangdong plant and intended to purchase 10 units of 350HP air compressors. After half a year of preliminary project negotiations and demand matching, the client finally decided to adopt the solution proposed by JAGUAR engineers. At this critical juncture, the salesperson of the original air compressor equipment proposed an energy efficiency PK with JAGUAR equipment. JAGUAR readily agreed.
After testing by a third-party testing equipment recognized by JAGUAR, the original equipment, and the client, the comparison of the collected operation data showed that the specific power of JAGUAR air compressor was better than that of the original equipment.
For the 160kw equipment, the power saving rate of JAGUAR air compressor was 23.04% higher than that of the original equipment. Taking 8,000 working hours a year as an example, it saved 303,000 kWh compared with the original equipment.
Through this PK, the client highly recognized JAGUAR's professionalism and products. By 2025, the client had made 4 purchases, totaling 22 JAGUAR devices, including JAGUAR VC vacuum pumps and JAGUAR LS integrated machines, which are mainly used in processes such as drill cylinder, spraying, purging, CNC machining centers, and laser cutting.
