Air compressor drain condensate

Moisture in the air may condense in the oil and gas separation tank, especially in wet weather. When the exhaust temperature is lower than the pressure dew point of the air or when the cooling is stopped, more condensate will be precipitated. Excessive water content in the oil will cause emulsification of the lubricating oil and affect the safe operation of the machine. Possible causes;

1. Poor lubrication of the compressor host;

2. The oil-gas separation effect becomes worse, and the pressure difference of the oil-gas separator becomes larger;

3. Causes corrosion of machine parts; therefore, a condensate drainage schedule should be established according to humidity.
