Adopt air foil bearings
A non-contact bearing that suspends by centrifugal force through air pressure generated during high-speed rotation.
Jaguar air foil bearings achieve non-contact hydrodynamic pressure via the hydrodynamic air pressure generated by high-speed rotation between the rotor and foil-structured bearings, making them 100% oil-free and clean bearings.
Both thrust bearings and radial bearings leverage aerodynamic properties with an extremely simple structure. They require no lubrication oil system and are maintenance-free.
Air serves as the lubricant, delivering non-contact operation, zero vibration and low noise.
The bearing surface is coated with a special layer to reduce friction and wear between the rotor and bearing, ensuring stable performance and an extended service life.
