Jaguar Dry Oil-free Screw Machine (ZS Series)

Jaguar oil-free screw machine adopts two-stage compression and permanent magnet frequency conversion configuration, and the main engine and the whole machine are completely independently developed. The main engine adopts a reliable multi-stage sealing shaft seal system, so that there is no lubrication involved in the entire air compression process, and the compressed air produced is pure and oil-free. The unique air inlet and box board sound insulation design of the whole machine minimizes machine noise.

Jaguar screw host
The main engine is completely independently developed by Jaguar and has a unique appearance and internal structure. The front and rear bearings adopt a three-stage sealing form of labyrinth seal + carbon ring seal + air seal, which completely isolates the compression chamber from the lubricating oil. There is no lubricating oil involved in the air compression process, ensuring that the compressed air produced is pure and oil-free.
The unique water jacket is designed inside the main engine casing, and the temperature of the casing is well controlled through cooling water circulation, so that the gaps between the various components inside the main engine are always controlled within the ideal range, and the exhaust temperature is effectively reduced. The screw rotor is made of stainless steel and is sprayed with a super coating on the surface. The special coating material has amazing adhesion, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can protect the rotor well in the high temperature and high humidity operating environment inside the host.

Jaguar's permanent magnet frequency conversion screw machine, combined with the efficient oil-free machine dedicated profile, provides high gas production efficiency. The rotor and shell adopt Polymer Nano Self-lubricating Coating (PNSC), which can meet various applications with high humidity, reduce leakage to a greater extent and improve efficiency. The unit's transmission system adopts forced lubrication and cooling to ensure the reliability of system operation. The double sealing system includes mechanical seals and static seals to ensure that the compression chamber is pure and oil-free.

Jaguar Motor
It adopts (IPM) IE5 permanent magnet variable frequency motor, which is highly efficient and energy-saving. Jaguar's unique fully sealed liquid cooling design has a protection level of IP65. The liquid cooling system controls the motor temperature within an ideal range, ensuring that the motor never loses magnetism and improves motor efficiency. The bearings adopt SKF fully sealed self-lubricating bearings, making the motor maintenance-free during the bearing life cycle.

Jaguar cooling system
The cooling system adopts an integrated design of lubricating oil cooling, cooling water cooling, intermediate cooling, and rear cooling, which ensures the cooling effect of each system of the whole machine while reducing space and making the structure compact. The intermediate cooling and rear cooling respectively adopt the secondary cooling method of stainless steel cooler + aluminum cooler. The warm compressed air discharged from the host is first pre-cooled by the stainless steel cooler and then enters the aluminum cooler to ensure that the aluminum cooler can work safely and reliably at an acceptable temperature. Paired with low-speed, low-pitched, high-pressure centrifugal fans, each system of the machine can operate within a reasonable temperature range, improving machine reliability.
