100% oil-free
The air circuit and the oil circuit are separated from each other and do not interfere with each other. The compressed air does not contain lubricating oil.
High efficiency and energy saving
The transmission efficiency of the integrated high-speed gearbox is ≥98%. It adopts three-stage compression + intercooler + ternary flow impeller design + full three-dimensional flow field analysis technology. Compared with traditional air compressors, it can save about 20% of energy.

G1.0 precision dynamic balancing and 115% overspeed test ensure the stable and reliable operation of the centrifugal impeller.
Intelligent control
The intelligent control system realizes functions such as IGV adjustment control and BOV anti-surge control, so that the operating operating point is always within a safe range, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the air compressor.

Control System

High efficiency centrifugal impeller
The self-developed high-efficiency centrifugal impeller adopts the ternary flow design concept and introduces advanced CFD and FEA software iterative optimization design to ensure high efficiency. It uses 17-4PH/PH13-8Mo precipitation hardened stainless steel, which is high-strength, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature resistant to ensure long-term operation of the centrifugal impeller. G1.0 precision dynamic balance and 115% overspeed test ensure the stable and reliable operation of the centrifugal impeller.

Linear IGV mechanism
The linear IGV mechanism composed of linear actuator and NACA airfoil inlet guide vane can increase the flow adjustment range to 70%~100%. It pre-rotates the inlet airflow and saves about 9% power compared to the imported butterfly valve in the maximum adjustable range.

Cooling System
Adopt interstage cooling to reduce compression work and improve aerodynamic efficiency. Use compact shell-and-tube cooler to achieve high heat exchange efficiency and small pressure loss.

Integral high-speed gearbox
Using tilting pad oil film sliding bearings, it has large load-bearing capacity, strong impact resistance, long service life, low friction coefficient, etc. The transmission efficiency of the integrated high-speed gearbox is >98%, the noise is ≤88dB, the unloaded shaft vibration is ≤25um, and the design service life is 20 years

Lubrication system
It adopts a centralized load-bearing oil tank, which has the characteristics of compact structure and high support strength. ·The lubrication system and the air compressor system are centrally controlled to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.

Vent butterfly valve
Use pneumatic/electric butterfly valve as the vent valve to provide surge protection for the compressor. ·Fast response speed, and has a normally open reset function and high reliability.
