Recently, the People's Government of Fujian Province issued the Decision of the Provincial Government on 2021 Fujian Science and Technology Awards, officially announcing the results of 2021 Fujian Science and Technology Awards. Xiamen East Asia Machinery Industrial Co.,Ltd. is again on the list. Xiamen East Asia Machinery Industrial Co., LTD., Xiamen University and Jimei University jointly research and design "High Precision and Efficient Green Screw compressor Main Engine Key Technology and Industrialization" won the 2021 Fujian Province Science and Technology Progress Award!
The optimization of this project solves the technical difficulties existing in the manufacture of screw compressors. The energy efficiency of the products is level 1 or better, and have selected as the "Energy efficiency Star" of national industrial equipment, reaching the leading level in China.
Project innovation achievements are as follows:
01 Creatively put forward the "envelop - pixel shape co-design theory of screw rotor profile". It has the advantages of high design precision, high efficiency, no bad points and strong applicability. The design accuracy is equal to the traditional method, the calculation efficiency is increased by 30%, and the design cycle is greatly shortened.
02 This paper proposes "screw rotor profile error correction technology based on machine tool - process interaction". The rotor profile error is compensated by this technology, which makes the technical index of screw rotor reach the international level of similar products.
03 It is the first in China to put forward the technology of precision grinding of large/super large screw rotors along the spiral line. The rotor profile error after grinding is less than 5μm, which meets the requirements of small batch production of large precision screw rotors.
After the "national green product design", it won the "Fujian Province Science Progress Award" again.
