Our products span ventilation, sporting goods, and machinery sectors. To better reflect our long-term strategy, enhance our brand image, and coincide with the opening of our new factory, the Company is changing its name and securities abbreviation. The new name accurately reflects our operations and does not compromise the interests of the Company or its shareholders, especially minority shareholders.
