For the rotary screw air compressor soaked by flood, after the flood recedes, do not power on or turn on, please follow the following methods:
1. For the air-end: disassemble the air intake valve first. If mud or other debris enters the valve, disassemble the air-end thoroughly clean the inside and reassemble it. If there is only a small amount of water enters the air-end, you can use diesel or kerosene into the rotor to remove the water, and finally pour lubricated oil in to remove the cleaning oil.
2. For the inverter, controller and electric parts: first, open the inverter panel, using a dry towel to dry the internal of the inverter, then using a small air blower to blow dry driver board, mainboard, lightning protection board, inverter modules and fan, etc., and then scrub with alcohol (don't use banana oil), using a small fan blow-dry, about an hour to rewash it, blow dry with hot air. After cleaning and drying, please do not start the inverter immediately after it is installed, please power on for half an hour, if there is no abnormality, then starting up and running.
3. Contactor, transformer, switch: for more than 65HP contactor, take apart the contactor, scrub plate contact groups with alcohol, using an air blower to blow dry, the coil drying by the bulb of bathroom master; if mud in, please clean up the mud, for small contactor and small switch, please change a new one.
4. motor (including fan motor): open the motor end cover, clean the water, if there is mud into, must clean the mud, and then blow-dry with an air blower, and then drying: low-temperature pre-drying, temperature control in 50~70℃, drying time for 8~14h. High temperature drying; The temperature was controlled at 80~100℃, and the drying time was 1h. The drying time of small motor is short, while that of the large motor is long. Every 1-hour use 500 ~ 1000 v insulation resistance meter to measure the insulation of the winding resistance, the motor after drying, the insulation resistance should be more than 5 MΩ, did not meet, please continue to dry.
5. All the filters and oil should be replaced.
