To make the compressor keeps in an excellent performance, preventive maintenance is essential.
After the installation of the new screw compressor, the compressor could use immediately. After running a period, the tiny particles keep accumulating, enter the filter element of the oil circuit and gas circuit. The filter element will be blocked. It will affect the quality of compressed air and the efficiency of equipment, so please make scheduled maintenance for the compressor.
Consequences of without regular maintenance:
1. If the compressor stopped, it would affect the regular running of the production system, and the delivery time will delay. Meanwhile, the maintenance cost will increase.
2. The air filter needs blowing dust and changed; otherwise, the air filter element will block, air intake will decrease, air displacement also reduce.
3. The oil filter needs regular changed: Otherwise, the oil of the lubricating oil system will reduce, the exhaust temperature of the compressor will raise, it could lead high-temperature shutdown.
4. If the oil separator not replaced for a long time: it is easy to be blocked and cause excessive internal and external pressure, and the oil separator will be deformation and rupture. Cause the oil separator to lose the ability to separate oil and lead oil leak problem.
5. The oil pipe joints not cleaned: if the joints are blocked, a small part of the oil will enter the pipes after the oil and gas separation, causing oil loss and oil shortage.
6.The bearing of the motor is in periodic greased(coaxial motors excepted): the bearing worn out until the motor burns out.
