site selection
1. Choose a spacious and bright place, which is conducive to space and lighting required for the operation, maintenance and repair of the air compressor. Users often ignored the selection of the installation place. It's usually after the compressor is purchased, find a location and use it immediately after piping. There is no prior planning. It would cause maintenance difficulties after compressor failure and lead to poor quality of compressed air. Therefore, choosing a good installation location is a prerequisite for the correct use of air compressor systems.
2. If the compressor installed upstairs, anti-vibration treatment must do to prevent vibration from being transmitted downstairs or resonance, which poses a safety hazard to the compressor and the building itself.
3. The air compressor should be installed on a flat hard foundation to avoid the vibration of the compressor and cause noise.
Management
1. The compressor unit should manage by the special-assigned people, establish air compressor room and personnel management log. The daily turn on and off, operator, operating time, operating status should be clear records; it will provide valuable information for the management of air compressor, running track, and subsequent maintenance.
2. The operator shall operate and maintain the air compressor only after reading the operation manual thoroughly. When there is a failure (including the operating state), please inform the after-sales person immediately. At ordinary times, please pay attention to regular maintenance of the parts of the air compressor to keep the machine in the best operating state.
3. Daily safety: Pay attention to keeping the ground clean; there is no flammable and explosive products and should equip with fire extinguishers and other facilities to ensure the safety of the compressor room.
Environment
1. Be careful not to place the air compressor close to the wall. We recommend the air compressor should keep at a distance of 150 cm from the wall. If space is limited, the length should be at least 75 cm to ensure a specific area for ventilation and maintenance space; it's convenient for the maintenance of the air compressor.
2. A specific ambient temperature should maintain in the air compressor room, which should not be higher than 38℃ and should not be lower than 0℃. Note that the temperature of the air compressor room should be kept as low as possible. The air compressor absorbs higher temperature air will reduce the air displacement.
3. The compressor room should keep dry, well ventilated, and avoid dusty, oily, and humid environments, to reduces the damage the air compressor, thereby extending the service life of the compressor. And not allowing the air compressor to inhale corrosive gases, steam, paint molecules, and gases are explosive or chemically unstable, prevent the air compressor from damaging. If the factory in a harsh environment and there is a lot of dust in the air, a pre-filter device must install in front of the air compressor suction port.
4. The pressure pipeline of the air compressor system is strictly prohibited from a crash, and it is strictly forbidden to disassemble and assemble under the condition of electrification and pressure.
5. Even in a reasonable use environment, the compressed air will still contain a large amount of water and trace oil, which will reduce production efficiency and product quality. Please do not use untreated air directly for breathing air or food contact, so the post-treatment equipment is essential.
