The control system is integrated into one unit, using an all-in-one display and control machine. It enables one-button control of the start and stop of the screw machine and the refrigerated dryer, making the operation more convenient. Adopting Jaguar's original permanent magnet liquid-cooled integrated drive technology, compared with the conventional motor drive mode, the efficiency is increased by 8%, and the protection level is as high as IP65. The permanent magnet IPM motor uses an 8-pole high-speed motor, and its energy-saving efficiency is 10% higher than that of asynchronous motors in the same comparison. The new LS series is equipped with IE5 permanent magnet variable frequency ultra-high efficiency motors. The IE5 permanent magnet variable frequency motors use neodymium-iron-boron, a rare earth material. A permanent magnet variable frequency motor is a device that establishes an excitation magnetic field through permanent magnets to achieve efficient conversion of electromechanical energy. It rotates synchronously like an electrically excited synchronous motor, so it is also called a permanent magnet synchronous motor. Compared with electrically excited synchronous motors, permanent magnet variable frequency motors feature ultra-high energy efficiency (up to IE5), a compact structure, small size, and light weight. It adopts permanent magnet variable frequency motors that comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60034-30:2008. These motors have obtained certifications from professional institutions, allowing consumers to purchase with confidence.
