The ES-2i two-stage compression series divides the original single-stage compression process into two compression processes through a two-stage series process. Such a process setup can reduce the compression ratio of each single-stage compression process, lower the compression ratio of each stage, reduce internal leakage, improve volumetric efficiency, and thus effectively increase the displacement by a large margin. In addition, Jaguar's technical team provides tailor-made models according to the air consumption and air pressure requirements of enterprises. It adopts the newly developed third-generation JAGUAR profile, optimizes rotor clearance, and uses new combinations to provide industry-leading displacement.
The working principle of Jaguar two-stage compression
As we know from the working principle of compressors, isothermal compression consumes relatively less work. The blue area in the left figure represents the power saved by two-stage compression compared to single-stage compression. It can be clearly seen that two-stage compression effectively saves the power of the air compressor, bringing the air compressor closer to isothermal compression, which is more energy-efficient with less work consumption.
