Jaguar screw main engine

Jaguar oil-free screw air compressors are equipped with two-stage compression and permanent magnet frequency conversion configurations, with the main engine and the entire machine independently developed.
The main engine adopts a reliable multi-stage sealed shaft seal system, ensuring that no lubricating oil is involved in the entire air compression process, and the produced compressed air is pure and oil-free.
The unique air inlet and box panel sound insulation design of the entire machine minimizes the noise of the machine. It is particularly suitable for industries that require high-quality oil-free compressed air, such as medical treatment, pharmaceuticals, food, petrochemicals, electronics, and national defense scientific research.

Jaguar permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor, combined with efficient oil-free machine-specific profiles, provides high gas production efficiency. The rotors and casings adopt Polymer Nano Self-lubricating Coating (PNSC), which can meet various applications with high humidity, reduce leakage to a greater extent and improve efficiency. The unit's transmission system adopts forced lubrication and cooling to ensure the reliability of the system operation. The double sealing system includes mechanical seals and static seals to ensure that the compression chamber is completely oil-free.
Jaguar motor

It adopts an (IPM) IE5 permanent magnet variable frequency motor, with a maximum efficiency of 98%. Compared with ordinary IE3 motors, it achieves 3-7% higher energy efficiency. Jaguar's unique fully-sealed liquid cooling design enables the protection class to reach IP65. The liquid cooling system controls the motor temperature within an ideal range, ensuring that the motor never loses its magnetism while improving motor efficiency. The bearings use SKF fully-sealed self-lubricating bearings, enabling maintenance-free operation of the motor throughout the bearing's service life.
Jaguar cooling system
The cooling system adopts an integrated design integrating lubricating oil cooling, cooling water cooling, intercooling, and aftercooling. This ensures the cooling effect of all systems of the entire machine while reducing space and achieving a compact structure. Among them, the intercooling and aftercooling respectively adopt a two-stage cooling method of stainless steel cooler + aluminum cooler. The high-temperature compressed air discharged from the main engine first passes through the stainless steel cooler for pre-cooling, and then enters the aluminum cooler, ensuring that the aluminum cooler works safely and reliably within an acceptable temperature range. Equipped with a low-speed, low-noise, high-pressure centrifugal fan, all systems of the entire machine operate within a reasonable temperature range, improving the reliability of the machine.
