About Nitrogen

Nitrogen (N₂) accounts for approximately 78%, oxygen (O₂) for about 21%, and noble gases for roughly 0.94% (including helium He, neon Ne, argon Ar, krypton Kr, xenon Xe, and radon Rn). Carbon dioxide (CO₂) makes up around 0.03%, with the remaining ~0.03% consisting of other gases and impurities such as ozone (O₃), nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), and water vapor (H₂O).

Nitrogen is chemically inert and hardly reacts with other substances at room temperature, so it is commonly used as a preservative. However, under high-temperature or high-energy conditions, it can be used to produce other products.
