"After the equipment was turned on, we began to observe and try to find out the problem of 'pressure does not go up, gas does not come up'.
In a few hours underground, none of this happened. We first disassemble the air filter to clean, check that the intake valve , several hours later we still did not see the situation said by the operator, and then consider the reason for the pressure reduction. If the head is normally pumped, the pressure reduction is only the case of instant unloading, so operate the back end ball valve, slowly adjust to the unloading pressure, and immediately reduce the exhaust pressure to 0.2MPa after unloading, and then start to load normally. So I think they caused a blockage in the pipeline when spraying cement, which caused the pressure to rise, and the cement was blown out after the pressure increased, but the subsequent cement could not be blown out because the unloading pressure was reduced. We made a vision, and we started to dig deeper. Just when we thought that things could be successfully solved, we could go back, the operator sent the same problem back, after the final investigation, we found in the distribution cabinet that the solenoid valve line was loose, and the hand was gently pulled out, and the machine returned to normal after re-pressing, and we observed two days without any problems. We suspect that it is caused by jitter generated during the operation of the vehicle, because the vehicle can obviously feel the frequency jitter when the vehicle is pumping cement. " He said.
"Finally we put up the importance of timely maintenance to the operator. And for the customer to develop a maintenance plan. In extreme working conditions, the maintenance of the equipment is the top priority, and the maintenance frequency determines the service life of the equipment. Due to the role of wet spray machine under the mine, cement reinforcement of the wall, extreme vibration + extreme temperature + extreme dust and a series of factors, maintenance is very critical."
